Reviews
 I use an independent service for patients to leave reviews.

https://www.iwantgreatcare.org/ is a transparent and open review system for healthcare providers that enables clinicians and their patients to search for reviews and act on relevant feedback to improve their services



Surveys
From time to time you may be asked to participate in on-line surveys to help us evaluate different aspects of the service so that I can see what I am doing well and how I can improve. Feedback from surveys will be collected anonymously and your consent to receive on-line surveys will be sought at your clinic appointment.


Complaints
If there is any aspect of the care that you have received f that you are unhappy with then please let us know so that we can address it as soon as possible. Please send an email to info@baskindhealth.com and leave a contact number so that we can arrange a telephone consultation or a meeting to investigate your concerns.

Where you are uncomfortable with making a complaint directly  then your local advocacy service should be able to provide any support you need and may be able to complain on your behalf.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved by Baskind Health and then it can be raised with the Independent Doctors Federation (IDF):

You can also contact the Care Quality Commission (CQC) about your experience of our service, although they cannot investigate individual complaints. Information about the CQC can be found at www.cqc.org.uk or you can call them on 0300 061 6161.
